With a house like this, the Congress Park neighborhood takes the cake on having the best one! Not only is it a duplex, but its painted bright blue and yellow & the little treasures here cover virtually every inch of space out in the yard, and in the bushes, and on the porch, and along the side of the house, and even across the sidewalk along the street! It's AWESOME!! #CongressPark
