Midtown Phillips Art Spot

Emily G: Dedicated on November 9, 1991, this is a Neighborhood Safe Art Spot. The artist are Baron E. Lewis, Marilyn Lindstrom and Walter Griffith. Sponsored by the Minneaplis Community Crime Prevention in cooperation with PPNAI and the people of Phillips. I am still gathering information on this interesting neighborhood landmark. Please comment if you have any history to add!
Midtown Exchange Condos on the Greenway

Emily G: Urban living with all of its perks at Midtown Exchange Condos on the Greenway. A 52 unit condo building has views of the Midtown Greenway, but the most exciting feature is an underground tunnel that connects to the Global Market (food, food and food), Sheraton Hotel and the skyways to Abbott for a mid winter walk. Future plans for a trolley on the Greenway would round this location off as the hottest new spot in the city!
