My roommate and I have lived in this house for a year, but unfortunately she
is moving out when the lease goes up July 1st and I would like to stay for
another year. Looking for somebody that is able to sign the lease by the end
of the month, but can move in July 1.

A little bit about me:
I'm a 24 female and work full time at a vintage retail store for now. I have a
4 year old border collie who is pretty calm and cute as hell. My spare time is
spent cooking, gardening/ composting, or working on other small projects that
I get into. I'm a fairly clean/neat person, but since I cook a lot the kitchen
is one exception to that.
Looking for another lady who likes animals and has similar interests, but am
