Available now, but one-year lease officially from July 1, 2012- June 30, 2013. Flexible on move-in dates.

Not looking for a sublet or a small portion, would rather have someone who can commit to the year lease.

Full bedroom available, rest of apartment you share with just me,. Third bedroom shared as office/guestroom/etc.

Single male, professional, responsible and very laid-back and easy-going.

Non-smoker, not a big partier but love having friends over for bar-b-que, hanging out, etc

45 years old but get along with all ages and types. Non-smoker

I've had male and female roommates so that doesn't matter to me as much as personality and being responsible.

(last roommate was 32 and previous roommate was 27.)

I have a dog, a 3 year old Golden Retriever who is extremely friendly.

Big sports fan and sports is even my business.

ABOUT YOU:

Responsible, clean, non-smoker, no drama type person. Professional or grad student is ok with me as long as you can pay the bills

Just looking for someone who i can be compatible with and save on some expenses.

No need to take care of my dog, but someone who likes dogs obviously a must

(no more dogs or cats allowed on lease, no exceptions)

Be able to commit to one-year lease.

Easy freeway access to get anywhere around town, 10 minutes to Downtown, 10 minutes to the ballpark, maybe 20 minutes to the airport.

Very close to such places as the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), Mt Mary, Mayfair Mall, Miller Park and more
