Room for rent at The Reserve at Clarendon Centre. This will include the master bedroom (16'0'' x11'7''), huge walk in closet and a full bath all to yourself, and all utilities are included(cable and internet as well). I will be moving into the other room on July 7th (first day available). There is a onetime fee of $500 for move in fees and $1600 for the month of July, on August 1st the normal rent of $1800 will start. If you decide to bring a dog/cat(I have a dog so only 1) then there is a 500 deposit when you bring him/her(I will be bringing my dog in September so I will pay half at that time). It is $65 a month for the dog/cat as well.

This apartment has excellent views. It is right in the heart of Clarendon (bars and restaurants down below and a block from metro). Once we have talked for a bit and figured out if everything will work with being roommates we can go down to the apartment and view it and if all is to your liking we will put in an application with the apartment complex.

A little bit about me:

I am 24(25 in June), I have worked in the area for about a year now for the government. I have a beautiful Samoyed named Raven. She will be crated while I am gone during the day and come home often to let them out during the day(I will let yours out as well if you have one). I am pretty quiet during the week and sometimes go to bed early lol. Sounds do not bother me much so I do not care if you watch TV late at night or come home late lol. I have a 47in TV that I will put in the living room and I will have cable and internet, if there are certain channels you would like I would be willing to add them without any charge(sports channels lol). I wouldn't mind getting a roommate that goes out on the weekends but it is not necessary, would be nice to have some people to hang with. I am very easygoing on rules and whatnot so we can talk about if you have any preferences. I would say though it would be nice if someone can keep the common areas clean (not crazy clean but decent). I don't care what you do in your room since it's yours lol. I do not care if I have a male or female roommate (I am a girl btw). I am open to options on how to set up the living room, I have a couch and a futon but I can do whatever in there (if you have furniture).
