The Jolly Roger Taproom is a great place to grab a pint and a bite to eat or fill a growler to go. The outdoor seating on a summer afternoon is a nice bonus.
One of, if not, the smallest breweries in Ballard this "nano-brewery" is open Thursday - Saturday. Brewing such small quantities means they rotate their styles frequently.
The funky Fremont neighborhood finally has its own brewery. Their family friendly tasting room, the Urban Beer Garden, is open Thursday - Sunday. Another great place to grab a beer that is just off the Burke Gilman.
Brouwer's is a must for beer lovers. They have over 60 beers on tap and hold a number of beer fests through out the year. The food is pretty darn good as well.
