The high rent just gets higher! I felt it was a little high and then they raised the rent by $80 per month! I moved from the city were the rent was cheaper and apartment was better quality and more character. The maintenance staff has been nice and helpful but takes a few days for them to come out to fix anything. The office staff is not very helpful. They can't do much to help you since it is their company that runs everything and makes that rules. They nickle and dime you for everything. They say you are paying $1200 for rent but the you add a parking spot or two plus possible pet rent, extra for sewage and trash and you are up to almost $1300 and that is not including nay utilities. Just ridiculous! All around disappointed. With paying so much in rent you would think you would be getting a better experience and better quality apartment.

We are very happy living here we love the community. We have been here almost 4 year now (This June will be 4 years). We have the Magnolia floor plan and love it, it is very roomy and we love the open floor plan. We love the fact there is a 24 hr. gym, the small business center, and the beautiful pool! I am happy to call Savannah Trace our home! and looked forward to many more years!

bad place to live, high rent, apartment was falling apart, no one would fix it, car burglarized, unresponsive maintenance staff and unfriendly front office staff as well as a useless property manager.
