The Anthem and its staff are simply fantastic. I lived in this building for 6 years and recently moved out since my wife and I bought an apartment. I've lived in several other buildings throughout NYC and The Anthem was by far the best. If we were still renting, we'd 100% want to be at The Anthem. Can't thank Paul and Brendan enough, they were always very kind and fair to us.

I have lived in DC and NY, and this is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. It is clean, quiet and the staff is excellent. I dont think any place is ever going to be perfect in all forms, but compared to some of my friends' NYC apartment experiences I feel really lucky to live in the Anthem.

do not waste your money here. horrible management and tenants. there is running brown waters - in the kitchen and when you shower!! i always have to buy drinking water. tenants slam doors and play loud music at midnight. your delivery package will be lost since it maybe delivered to other tenants or who knows?? and they do not help you at all even for valuables of thousands of dollars and you have proof of signature!! non sense! be aware!

Paul is a MISERY. The building is beautiful but it is definitely not worth it for the aggravation that Paul and the leasing office puts you through. I can't wait to get out of this place! THEY ARE AWFUL. NOTHING IS WORTH IT!!!!!! DON'T BE TRICKED
