I've never lived here but I have to say the staff was very helpful when I was apartment searching. I was new to the area and didn't know jack. A gal there named Chelsea laid out all St. Louis County for me so I could find a sister property that was exactly what I was looking for.

It was an amazing experience! I think it was my best apartment choice and I was fully satisfied with it. The very quiet and incredibly beautiful place! Wonderful views to the lake. We enjoyed the walks around the lake a lot. The staff is very nice, sweet and helpful, any issues were resolved very quickly. The convenient location. Highly recommend to everyone!!! I will miss this place!

I will never refer ANYONE to his complex, nor will I hold back while writing a review. The only good thing about this apartment complex was the ability to wave goodbye at the end of my 1.5 year stay. Our apartment had mold, to the point of feeling congested when I spent more than a few days there (I stayed out of town quite often). The appliances were outdated and the bedrooms were small. The laughable attempt to create a "luxury" apartment fell short with the cheap and hideous kitchen and bathroom counters and cabinets. Jogging trail? Only if you are willing to fight off the hissing geese and scrape to loads of goose and duck feces off your shoes at the end of your jog... because they clearly didn't care to power wash the trail or even bother to pick up the visually displeasing "big loads." The poor excuse for an indoor gym, for those who are NOT OK with being attacked by geese, is tiny, with outdated machines. You're pretty much rubbing elbows with the person on the machine next to you. You'd think all the money we spend on a constantly rising rent would go SOMEWHERE, right? Afraid not. They even decided to take away valet trash (our seemingly LAST amenity) and did not feel the need to shovel the sidewalks when it snowed this year. Sure, they shoveled the wooden walkway to each building... but some of us prefer to walk on sidewalks to get to our car, not walk on the slippery road, and we definitely do not like to climb piles of snow to scrape our windshields. For those of you wondering, I did NOT break my ankle while lugging trash to the dumpster in the snow, but for the older individuals who may living alone... I can't speak for them. The office staff is nice, until you complain about getting two different answers from two different consultants... which happened every single time we called. In conclusion, their inconsistency, lack of facility maintenance, lack of amenities, and their outdated apartments are anything but "resort-class." Considering a lot of our neighbors have decided to move as well, as there were U-Hauls moving tenants out on a weekly basis and near-empty parking lots, I'd say I'm not the only one displeased. Maybe their upcoming renovations will bring in tenants, but the exaggerations of what they have to offer will surely come to the surface and people will be thankful their annual contract is expiring!

If you like black mold growing in your apartment go ahead and rent one of these apartments. Few weeks after we moved in we spotted mold around every door and window!! We called the management and someone came and WIPED the mold - apparently mold is not a big deal you can wipe it off!! We wanted to move out ASAP but management holding us to the contract so we are stuck!
