I agree that the utilities are quite expensive, but I love the apartment. I currently have a 2 bedroom 1 bath, and the floorplan is spacious and laid out well. The landscaping is always kept and everyone is very nice. Also, our parking space is right outside our door, and there is plenty of visitor parking. Bart is a five minute walk, and the freeway is less than 1/2 a mile away. As for any complaints that I would have (and I know people want all the facts) is that although the appliances all look clean and nice, they are not of the best quality and we have needed maintenance a couple times this past year. However, they have always shown up to fix the problem right away- and if they are no longer on sight for the day, they show up the very next morning. Also, there has been some criminal action (about 2 or 3 times this past year). However if you are cautious there shouldn't be a problem- I am a 24 year old woman and I feel quite safe. There is crime of some kind no matter where you are! Overall, I am very happy here- and I have lived in 3 other apartments. This is by FAR my favorite.

nice place people that live in here are nice for the most pare office staff are nice but there are a lot of people that live here dont like PETS and will tell you not to let your dog use the bathroom near there aparment even tho you pick it up and its in the middle of the court yard and some people that live near you will tell you that to stay off your own porch if you are going to talk to friends or on the phone and not even being loud

I found these apartments online and went to see them the same day. My first impression of the place is that they are nice, had a convenient location and some place I could potentially live. We soon sat down to talk numbers, inwhich you are basically cornered to put down a holding deposit. I gladly wrote a check as we continued to talk. I was told what would be required in order for me to move in. the terms were definately not agreeable. When I declined, I was asked to reconsider for another day and then call back with my final decision. I asked the associate if during that day she would hold my check for the holding deposit. She agreed but I noticed the very next day it had cleared my account! SHE LIED TO ME and didn't offer an apology or anything when I called her after my discovery. I demanded my money back and it has been over a month since they began telling it is on it's way. Since then I have had nothing but more excuses, "it was returned," "we shouldn't have agreed to hold it in the first place." "blah, blah, blah" But I guess the $150 I am out is nothing compared to all the inconveniences I would have endured if I had moved in to LINCOLN GREEN APARTMENTS. NOBODY RENT HERE! AND CERTAINLY THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING OVER A CHECK TO THIS COMPANY WHO CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!
