Great place if you're a shut-in with no friends and family. If you are like my Girlfriend and I, and do have friends and family, look elsewhere. If you're going to have guests, thinking about having guests, or even going to have a friend over at some time, some point, maybe- LOOK ELSEWHERE. In the last six months they have implemented a draconian parking system. If you're in there longer than, say, a night, your car? That shits gone. Towed for your convenience to be charged out your bum at immense cost. A single day for me rang up a $370 bill. There are a lot more wrong with this place; the incredibly high cost to use the laundry (that's broken quite often), the high rent for a place that has a trash recycling system comprised of a torrent of homeless people dumpster diving, and the arsonist that I don't believe was ever caught. Seriously, ask some people that have been here a while. Stuff just seems to light on fire. Garages, dumpsters- up in smoke. Pros: -More than ample parking, never in want of an open spot. Cons: -Dude, where's my car? I swear it was parked in this ample parking where I never wanted for an empty spot. -Your shit might burn to the ground. So, in summation, we're leaving. Brighter horizons lay ahead, land where a man will never lose a weeks pay. And before I get the response to the staff (who I stupidly warned of this impending review) this is on the behalf of a resident, my girlfriend, who had to put up with this crap for 3 years. Yes, there was notices sent out. Yes, I had parking permit on a truck that wasn't under a name on the lease. None of that makes dealing with this apartment worth it. Look elsewhere.
