Except for some small issues this place looks fine to me. At least the places I stayed back there in New Jersey. Car is a necessity in this place. For transportation purposes get the DART cards from the shoprite near by. There are few stores and shopping malls near by. Better stay in the houses at night. So far so good.

i had very bad experience with one of the office staff.. i must say they are very unprofessional and rude... she was literally yelling at me on the phone because i had to call her 2-3 times to pointed out some maintenance issues... that is exactly why she is there, inst she? i pay my rent on time and it is my right to call and ask them for maintenance help.... but she was very rude... management should do about this... many people have same problem...

Worst experience ever. Non renovated apartment were value for money, However so called upgraded apartments are pathetic. It is just that, you are paying extra money and getting all inconvenience in return. Lots of maintenance issues are present and and they just ignore your complaint. Please think before you move here.

Please do not expect the same as you see in the photos..it is just the total opposite of what is shown. The management is extremely rude on phone calls, they take days to attend to the problem. Windows are horrible..rooms freeze in winter and ladybugs and insects get in easily, carpet sucks, heater keeps conking whether summer or winter and with babies at home its a nightmare. For the money paid there is no due diligence done. Again the management and people who work at the office are extremely cold in reaction for reasons only they know.

Worst management, they respond in a rude way on phone calls, they never solve the maintenance issues on time, I used to call 6-7 times even for a small issue.
