Searching for a roommate for my apartment located in the Retreat at Lake Nona, in Orlando, FL. One bedroom and separate bathroom available. Must be okay with one, very friendly cat. The apartment is on the second floor, and is right next to pool. The bedroom is not furnished.

I am a 22 year old female, recent college grad with a BFA in Dance, and I was in a sorority. I am moving to Orlando to pursue a dance career at Disney.

Looking for someone that meets the following:

-Age 19-25

-Employed

-Preferably student, or recent graduate

Rent: $500 per month

Utilities: Approx: $120 per month

WILLING TO CREATE A LEASE THAT EXTENDS THE LENGTH OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.
