I simply called and asked a question about one of their listed properties accepting Section 8. She was so rude and had such a bad attitude towards me. I could have accepted the "no" answer, but it was the way she said it. It's like she took special effort to nasty. If I had property managed by Del Sol, and I learned they were treating people like this, I'd change companies.

They are overall a good rental management company but I just vacated one of their units and they are trying to screw me over and doing a carpet replacement and using my security deposit for it.
