We stayed here shortly after it opened. We stayed in a suite on the 10th floor. It was nicely furnished with two bedrooms a dining room, breakfast bar 2 bathrooms and a 2 person shower. It was close to public transportation and though parking was atrocious they had free valet service.

What a mess regarding the staff. We had to change the guest name from a friend back to our (the owner’s) name (which cost us $99) due to ill health. I show up with the printed confirmation, which includes both my name and conformation number - neither of which can be used to bring up my reservation by the first lady behind the desk. The next day I have a different friend added as a guest, I’m shown his name entered in on the screen, and I’m assured that that he can show up and be given a key by the front desk with no problems. Sure enough, as my wife and I are sitting down for dinner we get a phone call because there’s a problem with my friend getting access which can’t be resolved over the phone and we have to run back to the resort. After another manager is able to pull up my friend’s name AND an explanation that my wife and I are running out of time to eat because her hospital shift is starting soon, the second lady at the desk insists in arguing with me and the manager that it’s not her fault and that the system’s wrong instead of resolving the issue by giving my friend a key. The kicker is when I stop by the other desk and speak with a third desk lady to identify what’s been shoved under my room’s door. The third desk lady wants me to show up the following morning at 10 AM so that we can discuss my satisfaction and compensate me for their terrible performance. I have to repeat to the third desk lady 4 times that I cannot make a 10 am appointment because, for some reason, that simple statement is apparently unintelligible to her. In the 5 years of owning our Wyndham timeshare, it has been my experience that this kind of poor performance is sadly the norm and not exception.
