I am a rising senior and my roommate is graduating this Spring from NCSU. We are looking for a clean, laid back girl, preferably a student or recent grad, to take the third bedroom in our townhouse starting August 1st. My roommate and I are both very busy, but we do like to go out or have friends over for girls nights on weekends.

The townhouse is in a newer neighborhood in Raleigh and is very safe. Living here gives you free access to the clubhouse, gym, tennis courts and outdoor pool. It is spacious and definitely doesn't look like your typical crappy college townhouse. :) It is about 10 mins drive from Centennial campus and 15 mins from main campus.

It is completely furnished (W/D included) except for the vacant bedroom. It has three floors, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Your room would be on the second floor and you would share a bathroom with me.

The one year lease starts August 1st. The rent is around $400 plus utilities. (averages around 450/month)

NO CATS, dogs on a case-by-case basis.

Renter must have proof of income, or be able to get a notarized guarantor (parental or other).
