You rarely see a bathroom of this size and quality in a rental! There is good storage and unusual roominess. I am envious! The renters picked out some delicious Grey Hexagonal tiles for flooring and White Subway Tiles around the large bathtub. A 32Inch Vanity is elegant and I will not say more about other exquisite details. A Washer/Dryer was also incorporated into this very large designated area. The LIVINGSPACE is tremendous with Built-in bookshelves. There is also a designated Dining area as well so no problem if you have large furniture. There is so much to like about this gem and it is being priced to rent quickly. The start date is around but a or 15th also be just fine. A few notes about one of my favorite ever designed with love GALLEY KITCHENS. The owner and renter went with lovely WHITE CABINETRY, a CEASARSTONE COUNTERTOP and its quite generous in length and STAINLESS STEEL Appliances dishwasher too. The alamode here is a designated open + Shared Outdoor space with one other nice renter. This rental rates 2 big thumbs up and excellent landlord references are what the owner wants. This is a gorgeous customized rental offered at a great price. Owner considers a small pet o/a that's trained and friendly. Renters pay heat + Hot Water. This rental makes my top 20 all time rental list of 30 years. I absolutely love this beautiful apartment.
