Friendly couple who manage the apartments, Jodi and Micheal pay are awesome to work with and have Clean units to move into, and the landscaping is well kept. The apartment location is convenient to Branson or down town Hollister.
I have had absolutely NO problems with White River. The rent is affordable - the location is convienent - the units are clean. My neighbors are quiet. I would strongly recommend this apt complex to anyone.
I have lived at WRM apts for four months and it is reasonable in price and the location is good. They are pet friendly and the do work with you if you are going to be late paying your rent. The staff is great except for the maintenance men they seem to have a little attitude. you can tell that the apts are old but, all in all its a good place to kick it.....
