I love living here. The staff is extremely nice and friendly and will help with anything you need. I moved in during winter term and I got settled really fast and met some really cool people in the community here including my awesome room mates Tom and Chris. I would recommend it to anyone in a second!

I love living here. There are a few things to work on but they worked really well with me and my support animal and I am renewing here to live a second year at uncommon! The staff are really friendly.

Uncommon has been a great place to live. It's really close to campus and the price is reasonable for everything that you get included. Management has been good to deal with and is quick to help out. Cool place to live, this will be my second year here!

Good location. Great amenities. There was a change in management, and things are running much smoother now.

I lived in the uncommon in 2015 and 2016 and I'd love to renew and live here in 2017, 2018, and 2019 but the price went $200 up and even more so I decided to sign a lease else where. Yet, lovely management, great location and this building is always clean.
