Do not live here. These no balcony apartments have a-lot of room and seem to be a decent place to reside to a non resident. The apartment complex is awful. No easy access to 820 or 30. The noise from 820 and the base is constant, so having your windows open is out of the question. Inside the apartment the windows are not double paned so expect excessive condensation and mildew, unless you clean everyday. Expect to park 2 to 4 buildings away from your apartment. The grounds are always littered with cigarettes, animal feces, and empty beer cans/bottles. On multiple occasions I have personally picked up other animals feces. In the dog park alone; I have picked up 11 bags with multiple different animal feces in each bag. One swimming pool, no hot tub, and a 99% chance the grill does not have propane. I regret ever moving in here. I look forward to the day my lease ends.

I have lived in apartments since I was 18, through undergrad and grad school. This is probably the worst apartment management I have ever experienced. Overpriced. Look elsewhere. Will be moving as soon as lease is up. I will list some experiences I have had in my two years here: -If you have an extremely noisy neighbor, their policy is not to do anything until you have someone from management go to your apartment when the noise is going on and hear it for themselves….which means if the person above you has four dogs that run around at 10:30 at night you have to call the maintenance man and hope he shows up in time to hear the noise, not to mention the fact that you will have a stranger in your apartment at all hours in order to file a proper noise complaint. (We won't even go into why they would let a person with 4 large dogs live in a third floor apartment) -This apartment complex has a lot of pet owners, which is fine. I love animals. However, I do not like dog feces scattered about walkways, which is what I found on a Saturday. I will try and post pic. I contact management and the poo was not picked up until Monday. -They are really eager to sign you up for their vendor's renter insurance. So much to the point they will call you during the work day and leave a message on your cell phone saying they are signing you up. Even if they have a copy of your current policy sitting in your file. Incompetence. -They have a rent drop box that can only be accessed during business hours which is inconvenient when you work an 8-5 job. But don't worry, you can pay rent online for an extra 10 dollar "convenience fee." They sold me on the ability to pay rent online until the first time I did it and had to pay an extra 10 dollars. So now I have to rush home from work to drop a check off to avoid this fee. -When I got married and my husband moved in it took them almost 2 months to process his application and add him to the lease (but cashed his application fee check within 2 days). When asked why it was taking so long, the response I received was "I forgot." Incompetence. -The pool is nice, but usually overrun with non-residents on the weekend. Who are not trying to hide the fact that they do not live here. Management sees this and chooses to do nothing about it. -The rent goes up about 30 bucks every year, and there is no justification. They must know how much I hate moving! Anyway, we have had enough and are ready to go. I would urge you to look elsewhere, before moving here. You deserve better!

I don't understand what all the hate is about on the reviews. I have found management to be VERY helpful and responsive to any issue I have raised. When I moved in my AC wasn't working, they fixed it in about 2 hours. Later, I needed a new air filter for the AC, the apartment smelled weird, and they got my one in 3 days when their order came in. They dropped a box at my door that came to the office because I wasn't home, and have been most helpful in working with me on an odd lease agreement due to some weird requests. Maybe the managers are new and are doing better than before? I don't know, don't care. You should live here, you won't be disappointed. I marked off 1/2 a star for no hot tub (booo) and 1/2 star for no patio or balcony. Everything else is great! No bugs, new carpet, don't hear my neighbors (except for upstairs every now and then), and beautiful grounds and swimming pool. Give them a try, you won't be let down.

At first this place was great, but once they got my money they could care less about any problems I had. There is no hot tub, there is no fitness center, business center PCs constantly have viruses on them, the grill is almost always out of gas and there are tons and tons and tons of spiders and insects all over the breezeways(especially the apartments adjacent to the open fields behind the apartments. So far I have killed 2 black widows in the stairwell, and there are wasp nests(one literally 6 inches away from your feet when walking down the stairs, and then near your head when you walk down the next level) that the front office has ignored for the past 2 weeks. I recently heard from a neighbor that the lady downstairs(which the downstairs apartments have burglar alarms) had her apartment broken into and she was wiped out in broad daylight. My biggest complaint is about the manager who basically said, Sorry, sucks to be you, when my brand new(literally 1 week old) car was parked next to the grass and the landscapers came along and flung rocks on it leaving several areas with chipped paint and a couple dents, one also chipped the glass on one of my windows. I have even emailed the company that owns the property and have yet to receive a reply. All in all, I would not recommend living here, the space is great for the money, but if you value the property that you actually own I would stay away.

They have your car towed if your inspection/registration sticker is out. Rent is way too high for such small apartments. It's gone down hill and we can not wait until our lease is up. Every year we have had to re-sign our lease, the price goes up by around 15% for no apparent reason. I would not recommend this place to anyone right now.
