The management is still horrendous, the communication between as the different girls will tell you different things. After three complaints of roaches, I actually had to seal the apartment myself after roaches began to come in around the front door because of a poor job done on the tiling just inside the door. I was told I could park behind the building to move things in or out or if I would only be there for a short period of time... I parked there for 20 minutes and was towed which cost $325. Not until after this towing was I informed that I needed a move in/out permit that I was never informed of. I will not be renewing my lease with the Queen Anne Belvedere.

I would say it is awesome thus far. QAB is near everything, Penn station, MICA, the harbor, light rail and subway station. Management staff appears friendly. My neighbors are friendly too. Maintenance staff take care of the property well. It has a private court yard with a grille. The rent is reasonable but can be expensive.

Management truly is horrific. I lived there a few years ago and the manager actually made advances at me and had the nerve to tell me that he disliked my father. They had this girl working there (kid really) who acted like it was a huge hassle to help you when anything broke. Although the apartment was very nice it became so uncomfortable to have to deal with the management that I could not wait to get the heck outta there. I used to run past the front desk so that I wouldn't have to talk to those crazy people.
