After searching for over a month, I finally found an apartment that met all of my criteria in Santa Monica. It wasn't easy! I liked their designs, floor plans, and numerous options. If there was something I did not like, they took notes and found me something based on what I did. Super easy and pain-free process.

They have the best locations in the downtown SM area, and their properties are basically brand-new. Their leasing gallery is also very modern and sleek with cool decor. Even if you're not renting, it's worth a peek!

Wow, these buildings are seriously the cleanest that I have ever walked through! You can tell that a lot of thought and effort was put into the modern decor and designs, and each unit was rather spacious (for Santa Monica) and upgraded throughout.

I stayed at one of their apartment communities for nearly 2-years. I never had any issues, and the staff was very kind and friendly. Highly recommended for great Santa Monica or Los Angeles rentals. Oh, and be sure to check out their main site for all of the upcoming rentals.. lots of varying floor plans.

As someone who is in the real estate business, I have high standards for rental agencies and properties in general. My experience as a whole with Santa Monica Apartments has been impressive. I consider myself a tech savvy guy and while searching for my "weekend away apartment", I found so many dinosaurs out there not utilizing the internet. This agency had everything ready to go online.. I browsed, checked different building and apartments, applied and communicated online with leasing agents. The apartment is everything I wanted and needed. No pushy leasing agents and everyone is just nice and helpful.
