I had one of the lofted apartments off of Danbury Ct. It was okay, slightly better than Parmatown Towers. Things that I disliked: Pricey, flammable mulch used around the building (they actually posted notes saying it was flammable), garage has no regular door entry and you have to share it with someone else and tote your garage door opener with you, or pay double to get both sides of it, floors can't have rubber matting or the floor turns pink, you HAVE to have a utility in your name if your the lease holder (you're roommate can't have all utilities in their name). Outdoor pool makes no sense in Ohio and had pretty worthless hours unless you like being surround by other people's kids. Also didn't like: The management made threats to me and my roommates multiple times about cigarettes being thrown into the mulch, but we weren't doing it, and they threatened legal action, but didn't sign the letter or even put anyone's name on it. The design of the closets was a joke, giant closet, but then they ran the shevles short ways in the back, making most of the room a waste unless you moved or bought extra racks in... Liked: lofted ceilings and the layout was okay for the most part. They really need a bridge connecting the Danbury part to the rest of Hampton Club, you pay more to be on the outside, but yet need to DRIVE on 82 to get to the main workout/pool/play area. Mainly, it's NOT Parma is a plus. There's nothing around in the way of stuff opened past 10PM in this town though... RITA taxes are ridiculous for this area, it's not THAT nice.
