Gorgeous place to live! The pool area is amazing and just what I need to relax after a long day. I worked with Tessa and she was so helpful and wonderful! was definitely a great place to live while I was there!

I miss Astoria Tower immensely! Living up on the 24th floor with a panoramic view of the city through our floor to ceiling windows was incredible. Having a bus stop immediately out front and the EL only a block away was very convenient. Close to it all but, just off the beaten path. If I am fortunate enough to move back to Chicago, this is where you'll find me.

Lived here for a year now. The views in this building are some of the best residential views I have seen. The amenities are a major plus, definitely take advantage of them, as the steam room/sauna/pool/hot tub combination makes for something to look forward to after a long day. The location is my personal favorite as you have the park to take advantage of, easy roads to navigate, and public transportation steps away. If you're looking to get a great city feel, minus the Lincoln park madness and crazy parking, Astoria Tower is perfect. The management team is very pleasant and easy to work with. And any problems within your apartment, they come within minutes. Great experience living here, I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

I have lived here for 3 years now and I really enjoy Astoria Tower. The location is perfect, the building is new, and the amenities are great. Almost every apartment has a great view of the city. Each unit has hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, central air, and granite counters. I definitely suggest taking a look if you are interested in a luxury city experience.

I've been a resident for over two years and would say this has been the best place I've lived in the city. There is always a smiling face when you walk in the door. They pride themselves on trying to everyone that lives here, including your pet's name. As for the management and maintenance group, they are always right on top of your needs. I've only needed them a couple of times for service in my unit,but they fixed my problems same day. Unlike the other review, I never hear my neighbors. It is a very quiet building. Public areas are always maintained( I've seen them cleaning at 2 am). I have absolutely no complaints. A very satisfied Resident!!!
