Where should I start? Robert, Pegasus & Associates are total morons who have no respect for your time. We sent a request for Homeowner association documents including Fedex labels etc and we have yet to receive the documents. I wish I did not have to deal with him but he is the HOA Manager and all documents must come from him and you have to sit and wait. When we called to request status, he stated to be patient and hanged up the phone. If you are an Condo/Townhouse community, DON'T work with this company. If you are looking for property manager, don't be fooled by any reference to use this guy and company as their are plenty of Property Managers with A+ service who will answer your calls and provide you the service with gratitude unlike Robert Heiman and Pegasus Propertie

Loved living there. No real complaints and I've even considered moving back. Great location downtown.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BUILDINGS MANAGERS. THEY KEEP CHANGING AND THE OWNERS ARE DOING FRAUD MY LEASE SAY 2500.00 BUT I PAY 2200.00 AFTER RECEIVING FREE MONTHS...THIS IS NOT ON MY LEASE AND ONLY VERBAL. I TALKED TO AN ATTORNEY AND WAS INFORMED THAT THEY ARE MAKING THE REVENUE LOOK GOOD SO THEY CAN REFINANCE OR SELL THE BUILDING FOR A HIGHER PRICE THAN IT IS ACTUALLY WORTH. BUILDING HAS BAD SERVICE AND A RIP OFF COMPARED TO THE OTHER BUILDING IN THE AREA

I think its a nice place to live and close to everything downtown. It is great the pool rooftop is done being remodeled and looks great. Also has new cooking grills and new furniture. Its a shame you have to pay separately for parking.
