The space is smartly designed with plenty of living space that is clearly separated from the sleeping areas. There are large closets and you can stow clothing in the built-in dressers. It has a full bathroom, so if a tub is a must, this will work for you, and a washing machine and clothesline just outside the back door.

There is a covered parking space off-street, and plenty of on-street parking. From the carport, there a couple of steps down, and a couple of steps up to get to the apartment.

This apartment is in the Dunbar Spring Neighborhood. The greenest/hippest/bike and walk friendliest neighborhood in the city. We have an annual native tree planting, a mesquite milling and mesquite pancake breakfast, a pie party fundraiser, and last year our first porchfest. The community is very environmentally conscious, and the streets are loaded with walkers, bicyclists, and native flora (and sometimes fauna, had javelina in the yard in January).
