DO NOT MOVE HERE. Don't let them fool you. They'll show you the main building (there's four) which is the only nice one. Everything on the main building (facing Sherman way) and the pool/spa is nice. The rest not so much... - Elevators hardly work. People get trapped in them more frequently than you'd think. - Security officers are useless. One of them thinks he's a cop and tries to boss you around (if you let him of course. He'll stop if you stand your ground) Two of the security officer smokes weed! They let prostitutes and homeless people in through the many entrances that have been broken for YEARS. I have seen them not give a crap, they just look the other way. There was a beggar next to an elevator once and security didn't do anything about it! - They accept section 8 so undesirables live here. There is a crackhouse in building 3. I kid you not. I am young and Hispanic so they must think I'm one of them because I've been offered crack, weed and ecstasy so far. I've had two prostitutes approach me inside the building as well. They claimed to live here. - Security cameras don't work. There have been cars stolen and there was never any footage (did I forget to mention their "gated parking" isn't really gated since the gates don't work half the time so they leave them wide open?) My neighbor's girlfriend came visit one day and her car got stolen. They broke my car window to get to my phone too. - Thermostat doesn't work. You need to call maintenance to get it going or stopped. So convenient - I've been living here for 2 years and they still haven't installed a screen on my window (every unit but mine has this!) - The gym is a joke. Not one single free weight and only 4 machines. If you want to do pulldowns you need to ask them for the bar. They keep it in the office "for security reasons" but the office in open from 9 to 5 so good luck getting a back workout during the week. Oh I forgot most residents are section 8 so I guess that arrangement works for most of these unemployed parasites. - Management is rude. Every time I remind them bout my missing screen they treat me like I'm the problem. One time I locked myself out and they were total dicks about it. - I will say this one more time: section 8. Undesirable people. Many thieves. Many gangbangers who look at you with aggression trying to pick a fight. I once left my window open while showering and someone took the screen off and reached for my tablet (which was on my computer desk) Your neighbors here ARE THIEVES and they are always studying your moves so that they know exactly when to act. How much would you pay to live here? Because 1350 is what they ask for a single room. 1550 for 2. Would you pay that much to live surrounded by criminals? The only reason I'm still here is because I have a roommate so 775 a month is reasonable but I'm still moving out as soon as I can afford to. I would give this place a 0 if I could. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

I have been living here for few months. Amenities are good. Gate of garage do not work most of the time. Rent is high everything else is good.

Almost 2 years & i love our place, i dont see why people dont like it here? I never had any issues with neighbors or management, all amenities are available. A++++++

The place looks nice, I lived there 4 months. The heat was stuck on and the thermostat did not work, I reported it a few time and they came and shut the heat off manually and never fixed it. There was trash and old beds in the parking lot for a few months before they actually hauled them off. The gate only worked for 3 weeks of the 4 months I lived there. The spa was broken for 3 months and still had not been fixed when I left. The dryers were full of water from the roof when it rained, so I used the other buildings laundry. Also, despite several call, I have yet to see any of my security deposit back. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

I was a resident at San Regis Apartments for 13 months and left on good terms. The residents, for the greater part, at the apartment complex are friendly. I have seen two manager resign and a management company terminated. The current manager, Rita, is one of the most helpful and understanding I have had the opportunity to do business with. However, I have had a tremendous amount of trouble with two of her assistance, Sherri and Jessie. Their communication skills are poor at best. They seem to have no patience and no regard for the residents and their issues. As for my two cents... Residents- two thumbs up Amenities- two thumbs up Price- one thumb down Building up keep- two thumbs down Manager "Rita"- two thumbs up Management Team- Could use some re-staffing Thank you and happy hunting.
