I've dealt with a few realties before and this is the worst one. As soon as the lease is signed, they become terribly rude. I was having problems with the landlord and roommate moving out and such, and when asked for advice, all they could tell me was "as long as you pay the rent, I don't care." They always yell at each other and fight in front of other customers too. I made an appointment to talk to them once and the guy didn't even make an effort to act nice. He just talked (or yelled) at me and my friends behind a wall, through the window. Seriously? He couldn't even come close to us to talk to us. I DO NOT recommend this place. Also, DO NOT RENT 1039 Commonwealth ave. The landlord is actually worse than the realty and never fixed my apartment's utility. I wish I can give a negative score to these guys.

Boston's Best is an astoundingly bad business. They run it uncooperatively, even to point of harassing their customers to get their way. They don't call back their customers, are hugely rude, and even bully their renters. I have heard this from numerous other people about Boston's Best, but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and it has been haunting us ever since. If you can help it, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
