Great amities except upkeep is lacking i.e. speakers have been broken by outdoor grill for 9months only one grill works properly. TVs throughout gym require remotes that are never in working order - at best 1 works currently- none work making TVs in the gym a mute point because you cannot change channels. requesting repairs does not result in fixes. Update Now both grills are broken Setember 2nd 2014

Easily the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I've been here just over three months and have had my doormat, my door wreath and my packages stolen from the front of my apt. Concierge says they're there to receive packages for you, but they do not. Management is unresponsive. There MIGHT be 4 -5 people in the office that manage the 300+ unit complex. The construction is flimsy at best (one of my kitchen cabinet doors fell off while I was sweeping) and the walls might as well not even be there. I can hear my upstairs neighbor's phone vibrate when her alarm goes off in the morning. This place is a real sham. You pay way too much and get WAY too little. I'd say skip it and live somewhere else. I'm counting the days until I can leave this place... 9 more months...

This is the nicest apartment home that I have ever seen!! I LOVE how I have NEVER heard anyone anywhere!! Joyce, Sierra, and Tracy are the best and the neighborhood is awesome. I am really glad I moved here. Thank you, Joyce.

So to summarize. 1. Paper-thin Floors and walls. ( yes I can hear my neighbors cell phone vibrate on the floor above me ) 2. Homeless People will be begging you for money the minute you go outside 3. Rent is extremely expensive. 3. The Garage is a racetrack. 4. Rent goes up at least $200 - $300 come renewal. 5. Fergs music makes it impossible to sleep on the weekends. 6. Neighbors think that they can leave beer bottles everywhere just because they pay $1000+ for rent. Nice place to live eh?

Nice new community but - Floors are paper thin. You will hear your neighbors above you even if they tip toe on the floor. This is a big problem for a luxury apartment community that charges $1000 + per month. Also, the claimed hot tub never works and apparently never will. Furthermore, Hallways, garages, Elevators, are always dirty.... does anyone clean them? lastly, I hear people having Rats inside some units!
