I'm looking for someone (male or female) to sublet my upstairs bedroom in a 4 bedroom duplex off of Prospect from June 1, 2014 until July 31, 2014. My bedroom isn't huge but it is big enough to accomodate essential furniture and the closet has a lot of space. If you are looking for a desk to use I don't need the one currently in there and would be happy to leave it there if you want it. You would be sharing a bathroom with a girl.

The rent and utilities are very affordable and my female roommates are very relaxed and nice. They are somewhat clean, like to have friends over occasionally, and are very welcoming. My roommates have all the necessary furnishings already, there is plenty of parking during the summer, and there is also a driveway. We do have a garage but it's mainly used for storage rather than parking. Another thing to note is that there is a cat that lives there right now (not sure if she will be there during the summer though).
