We have just moved in and are very happy with the complex. The propery is kept very well maintained and the residents are clean and quiet. We have the best view of the white oak bayou with jogging and bike trails. It's really a nice place. My only complaint would be how old the appliances are. The complex is at least 10 years old and the appliances have not been replaced. So you have an old washer, old dryer, very very old mcrowave, old carpets. Also, because of it's age the price of rent is too much. 10 years ago when the place was new the rates would have been justified but with all of the brand new complexes being built around here with granite counter tops and hardwood floors, well the rent this place is asking is truly no longer justified. To be fair it was the least expensive of the complexes built in this century but with the new comps being built it is not worth 1300.00 a month in rent. I think the management should have taken that into consideration when adjusting the rent but to be fair we have no other complaints.

I want to say something about the ladies that work here..IMO they are great. I suppose I am part of the parking problem, with all my Ferraris but have had no troubles with break ins..the comments on unit sound proofing are well founded, but hardly unique in this type of facility. So walk lightly and bonk quietly...:D I think they do a good job they did not design or construct the place, after all Signed, Armed and Dangerous...;)

I loved living at this complex until the management went downhill in around January of 2008. What was once a very nice group of people to deal with turned into a complacent group. From pot holes in the parking lot to more frequent burglaries, the condition of the complex changed as did the attitude of the management. Then, when I moved out, the management somehow figured out a way to charge me fees that exactly equaled my deposit of over $1,000. Two things I would recommend if you are considering living here. Talk to the exisiting residents, you will find that many share my sentiment about the management. Second, check the Houston Police Department crime statistics for the address.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!! I now work for the industry and realize how bad a community this truely is. I came home one day and some man is sitting on my couch, they gave my roommates' dad a key after the fact that my roommate had been taken off of the lease because he had a drug problem. The property manager at the time did not care and would avoid me everytime I called. I would NOT refer my enemy to live here

OK. Visitor parking could be better......but the rest is fantastic, specially the quality of people who live here.
