Been living here almsot a year now and it is awesome. A little pricey but for the comforts you get, and the location downtown, totally worth it. Staff here is amazing, and there are constantly events going on for residents (gift wrapping station set up downstairs right now is one). Open bars, free food, etc happen a couple times a month. Roofdeck pool and lounge, cabanas, movie theatre and legitimate gym round out this awesome apartment building.

Do not use Gables' dry cleaning service. My dry cleaning was stolen from the building. Both Gables and the cleaners denied responsibility. I never received my dry cleaning nor a reimbursement.

Great location and fancy set up, but over-priced considering that it is not well maintained and the fire alarm has gone off about 5 times in 7 months causing us to evacuated, often in the middle of the night.

Gorgeous amenities (pool, gym, movie theatre, etc) and they take very good care of the property!
