my boyfriends and i thought living here would be the lap of luxury but it has been more or a pile of stress and havoc ill start by saying before we moved in the women in the office said that the gym would be built in 6 weeks. mind you we have been living here since sep 16th. once we moved in the locks had to be changed because the lock didnt turn. the next day the sink had to be taken apart because it leaked and we were told that it didnt have the right componats and that someone didnt put it together right, next we had to have the tub fixed because the tub had cracks in it then one day i looked behind the curtains that we had in out bedroom and long behold there was MOLD black and green mold i went to the office and told them and she said she would send someone up THREE WEEKS LATER i went back down and complained about it and i said i was going to report them if it wasnt taken care of THAT DAY by that time mold had grown in all the windows except for the one in the kitchen (their excuse was that the windows were not properly sealed and that they sweat and condensate) on top of all of that i went onto my balcony (which floods everytime it rains) and i leaned on the rail and IT MOVED turns out that the screw that was soposed to go into a peice of wood was actually screwed into industrial FOAM YES FOAM. to add to everything the paint doesnt have a seal on it so if u bump into the wall when your moving stuff youll leave scuff marks. and if you try to rub the scuff gently with a damp cloth THE PAINT COMES OFF i HATE THIS PLACE AND I CANT WAIT TO MOVE there is no fitness center no nothing that they say there is and the WALKING TRAIL is around the PARKING LOT i think that covers every thing oh and our microwave didnt work and had to be completly replaced, the window in the bathroom and the closet dont open the poles in the closet had fallen down 3 times because all they had supporting it was a plastic thing that bent finally after the 3rd time they put in a metal one the sink leaks under the sink and has mold and the parking you have to share with the public.
