I have lived in this apartment for close to five years and just recently, the ownership that just took over, is disappointing. We have been dealing with water damage coming from our upstairs neighbors bathtub. Half the appliances are circling the drain. Electrical outlets just stop working. We have informed the management multiple times and even spoke to the maintenance manager. The only response we get is,"we'll get to it as soon as possible" months go by and nothing. Dont waste your money here.
