DO NOT LIVE HERE!! False promises galore. There are staff who are very unprofessional and inappropriate to the residents. I won't mention names but one staff member sits and stares into the gym and creeps out women. Another one speed walks around the property like they're on a meth high. It's sad. The building is falling apart and has asbestos. Alliances are breaking down and don't get repaired. There is a creepy old man who lives there who makes sexually aggressive comments towards women to the point where my girlfriend was scared to walk our dog past his unit. There are homeless transients who hang out on the property with zero repercussions. I could go on and on but you get the point. Perhaps it's a decent place to live but I wouldn't spend time there again if I could go back in time. Good luck to you!

I was made a bunch of promises when I moved in that n never came true. They said they would trim the trees in front of my place which hindered my view. I talked to the maintenance people, the management, even called the corporate office. They told me that the next time they could do it was when the tree people were around which was in three months. Then when they finally came the trees in front of my place were not trimmed. The next time they came 6 months later I made sure they were done by talking to the tree people and making phone calls etc and even went out and did some of the work myself. Ever 10 months I have been here they have raised the rent on me. so that is 4 times in four years. They get you in at a low price and then hike up the price every time your lease is up. I talked to other people here and they complained about the same thing and a few were moving out because of it. They also said that I could film a few things at the pool with my camcorder and just my camera guy for my online business. When it came time to film they would not let me do it. Lesson learned. Make sure you get everything on paper. There is NO cell phone reception and I switched to Verizon from AT&T and and it was horrible. I complained about my screen door and balcony floor needing to be repainted FOR THE THIRD TIME on on March third and still to today it has not been done over two months later today May 13th. I was told twice that they would do it on specific day and moved my patio furniture in that day and have twice been disappointed. My neighbor upstairs has been loud and obnoxious and burned hole in my couch, spilt a bottle of wine on my balcony and dumps cigaret ash on my balcony all the time. But the management has not done anything. My attorney looked at the lease and said that management is responsible and I had my attorney write them a letter but they did nothing. These are just a few things. I could go on and on.

Old but nice apt with perfect scenery. However the buildings are vulenable to floor noise between stairs.
