Considering the HIGH RENT && mainly paying for water. I don't OWN this place. It's OVER PRICED!!! OKAY amenities. Inside the apartment is outdated. 1980s, maybe!?! A company out of Philly just bought it, so supposedly upgrades are coming!?! Idk. Doubt I stick around to see. Personally think I should get a MONTH FREE bc since moving in last October, EVERY month is something. Had the apartment above us pipe break. Caused back up &&& water went all over the kitchen , living room& carpet down the hall. They tried to HALF a$$ the cleaning & I have small kids. Heck no!!! Fix it. It took MONTHS for them to fix our hot water. Literally 5 service request. One time their idea of fixing it was replacing shower heads. Ummmm. Now, i'm a woman. And no expert. But HOW does this fix the issue!?! I live in the back. Closer to the golf course /river area. Assuming it would be quiet. Not really. It's kinda ghetto && nearly EVERY NIGHT I smell weed. Now, not against what others do. But. Come on!!! Learn respect && Canterbury did an amazing job (insert) sarcasm putting a note on MY DOOR, stating they get one more report of smelling it I'd be EVICTED. You want to see a mother & PREGNANT at that come up for air. No one answered my calls. They are great at ignoring calls. Soooo. Marched down there, asked for management. Office staff said they'd assist. Perfect. Said I'll chat with you, then I demand to see your manager. I did get the chance to chat with her. She was in her defensive friendly & I requested to NEVER have a letter like that on MY DOOR AGAIN. BC it wasn't me!!!! She stated everyone got a letter. Idk. I was up at 7am & didn't appear anyone else had it. And my drug addicted neighbors didn't have one && guaranteed they aren't up at 7AM to go to work. I wonder how HALF the people are affording rent here &&& the prices KEEP going up. They are redoing the inside of the clubhouse & their idea of apartment upgrades is PAINT. Lol. Ummmm. No thanks! Lower your rent. Install GOOD /NEW energy efficient windows. Upgrade the kitchen &&& the washing machines --the bathrooms are WAY outdated. For the BS &&& expense. Go elsewhere!!! I came here for the amenities && mainly Golf. I'll just go somewhere better & cheaper & find a better place to golf.

Theyre security will only call in certain cars to be towed that are parked in certain spots. On other days cars are parked in the same spot and they dont tow them. This was about a week before christmas and this happened to my girlfriends car. I called the office to ask them about this twice and they didnt answer both times. I left a message both times and they never got back to me. The hell with them. They should do theyre job by answering phones, I know it may be strenuous work for them, but if they reach deep down inside they can find the courage to answer phone calls when needed. They should also stop hiring fat and lazy security guards that will on pick out certain cars at certain times to get towed because they are in spots where they dont need to be. If your gonna tow one, tow all of them. The rules apply to everyone, not just the ones they feel like getting their fat asses out of the car and marking. Im just the customer though, and Im wrong. Obviously I am since they never bothered to call me back.

When I first moved in here, I was moving in with two friends from high school. One, let's call her Brittany, was an Army wife and a mother to a 1 1/2 year old and we were concerned about what we would have to go through in order for her to move out. Her husband was in Kuwait at the time and she knew she would be moving to his base when he got back to the states. The first time we spoke to ANYBODY, when we were just looking to see if we were interested, we were told that they would have no problem with her moving out because she is an army wife. Jump to September, 2014, about a month after we move in. We ask again about her moving out just to make sure that we are all on the same page. We are redirected to the business office where we are told that we were given incorrect information, but it will be rectified and that Brittany won't have to pay a dime to move out, simply because that was the information previously given. We're jumping again to November, when Brittany's husband returns to the states and it's time for her to move out. She calls to ask what process we have to go through (because in a time period of 2 months, the business office never thought that it was important that we get a call regarding how they planned on fixing things) and we are told yet another story. This time, we are told that, no Brittany does not have to pay anything, however, her two roommates have to pay to reapply. WE have to pay to stay in the apartment. Later on, Brittany signs up for something to benefit her family and then gets a call telling her that if my other roommate and I do not reapply within the next 48 hours, we will be evicted. This call was from the business office again. So, we go in with our applications and the money to pay for it and we are all ready to reapply, but the woman that we speak to THIS time is confused when she pulls up our information. It turns out that we are NOT under an eviction, we do NOT have to reapply, and all we have to do is delete Brittany from the lease. Now, my question is this: if this is the "business office," why are they so unprofessional that they cannot give us the correct information until the 4th time of speaking to them? Why do their employees have no idea what they are talking about? Other, unrelated complaints: the walls are so thin, you can hear conversations that your neighbors are hearing; due to the thinness of the walls and the lack of insulation, the temperatures in the winter are ridiculously cold and the summer heat is unbearable; if you try to compensate for the cold or heat by turning on your AC or heater, you will get a MASSIVE bill; there is a SERIOUS lack of installed lighting and outlets; the chain lock on the front door can be easily removed by a forceful swing of the door, which presents a security issue; and finally, the sliding doors do not close all the way, so if you live on the first floor, you have no security in an apartment complex with crime issues and if you live on either floor, your heating and air conditioning get sucked out the door and replaced with air from the outside. All of this has occurred from the beginning of August 2014-the beginning of February, 2015.

This place is a complete joke! Even new management! never answer phones, hang up on you, office staff is not friendly! I was assaulted by my neighbor and nothing was done to help me time after time she dumped garbage over her balcony as well! I would call telling management about all the issues i had with her and they would only give her warning after warning! nothing ever gets fixed, the electrical is old and needs replaced but they only put new bulbs in for them to go out in a week!! the buildings are fire hazards! electric bills are completely crazy high! it is not worth the money, I understand that the place is cheap and I did not expect anything fancy, but no matter the price it should be safe to live, the staff should be half way decent at all times and things that keep going wrong should be fixed for safety reasons! I did not expect a lot moving in, but this place is just a shame ! This place is defiantly not child or pet friendly either, no speed bumps on the roads and people drive extremely fast next to walk way to parking lots! my son and I almost got hit twice!! moving out has been a wreck they were supposed to fax over the cancelation of utilities and never did but told me that I am not allowed to cancel myself, as I will be fined! while all this is going on I am being told Canterbury cannot do anything about it! I lived here for 15 months, so glad to finally be out!!

Do not move here! Canterbury green seems like a nice place to live at first but once you live in your apartment for a few months you will realize the mistake you have made. First of all if you ever have questions or need help with your apartment the staff is horrible. The only nice person we have talked to there is a lady named Carla. But trust me your problems will not be solved nicely and efficiently. Don't mess with a girl named Jonie there(she is a bitch and does not care)! Second of all the insulation in these apartments are horrible. During the winter expect to be cold and summer to be hot because the walls are paper thin with no insulation. Thirdly the appliances are from last century. This includes the washer, dryer, dishwasher, and electricity. Expect a very high water and electricity bill every month. COLLEGE KIDS LOOKING FOR A CHEAP PLACE TO LIVE NEXT TO CAMPUS DON'T MOVE HERE. PAY A EXTRA 50$ AND FIND A NICE PLACE WITH A RELIABLE STAFF SOMEWHERE ELSE CLOSE.
