I lived at this complex for one year. Besides the two floods that occurred in the apartment during my tenancy I had no other problems. My problems occurred when I moved out. Paid rent for the entire month even though I moved out in the middle of month. You would think that they would handle you with honesty considering I didn't try to screw them out of the last month's rent. Well, you're wrong if you think that is the case. False charges were assessed after we moved. My advice...insist on a final walk through prior to leaving. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO GO INTO THE APARTMENT ONCE YOU MOVE BECAUSE THEY WILL MAKE UP CHARGES AND TRY TO HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE.

I've lived here 6 months and it has been a great experience. I've lived in several other apartments and this has been the best. The staff is very friendly, any repairs have been done within 24 hours even if it is extremely minor. They show appreciation with cute parties and gifts, and it's a great location, very clean, and the community is quiet. And I love the apartment itself, it's cozy and many things are new. My only complaints are that some dog owners don't pick up after their dogs, but that's an issue the company has tried to deal with, and it's not their fault. The second complaint is the kitchen cabinets are old. Everything else in the apartment looks new.
