Walk in through the charming south facing yard (mostly for your enjoyment and great for BBQ and lounging.). There is a full size kitchen with large fridge and plenty of counter space. Real 4 burner gas range.

Nice bathroom, 1 large closet and sleeping alcove. Unit is very clean and has high ceilings. Private entry through the back yard (corner house), meaning you don't have to walk through the garage to get to the unit. There is also some extra storage outside the front door for a bike, or a couple of IKEA closets.

The unit is directly next to the USF campus, on the 31/31BX/31L bus lines and very close to the Haight, GG Park, Laurel Village, etc. Freeway access is easy as well. Parking is very easy for SF.

Well care for property and very nice landlord.

Laundry is in the building and is non coin operated.

Please note, this studio is on the smaller side (300 sq feet) but very functional and very well priced for the area.
