My name is Shane, and I am a sophomore at the U of M majoring in Graphic Design. I have two other friends from MCTC that are ready to move in to this location, but we are looking for one more roommate. There is an open room upstairs that can be a single room for $500 a month or if wanted, the person can share the room to reduce that cost for themselves. I will be sharing the room in the basement with one of my friends, and my third friend will take the other room upstairs. This property has 3 bdr and 2 ba. It is a very large house with a large, private backyard. There is a detached garage with a driveway that can hold at least 2 cars. There is also plenty of on-street parking right outside the house.
