My roommates and I are looking to sublet our apartment for May, June, and July. You can sublet 1 to 3 bedrooms, depending on your need. The rent is $500/person/month ($1500 total + $30 per parking space, if desired.) All amenities are included. We will be totally moved out by the time you move in, and it will be cleaned. You can even live there next year by extending our lease.

We have been told by the rental office and maintenance staff that our apartment is the best in the complex because it is the corner room on the highest floor, with the most updated appliances. The views from the windows and balconies are beautiful during the summer. The apartment complex also has a pool and computer labs with printers.
