While we lived there it was nearly impossible to get someone to help us with anything the track lighting was only screwed in on one side for the entire time we were there even with multiple request to get it secured. We had packages stolen off of our front porch, had 2 holiday wreaths smashed to bits. Had a grill stolen right before we moved out. That was the only time they were willing to help. Granted that was also once we got the police involved. Now after being moved out for about 9 months we are getting calls from a collection agency about some stains in the carpet that were in the floor that we are supposed to be paying for them to get out. BUT THOSE STAINS WERE THERE WHEN WE MOVED IN!!! AND NOTED ON OUR FIRST DAY WALK THROUGH. Never once got a notice or bill from them. Never called us to tell us about these issues or an email. I beg you not to move there because they do not care about their tenants in any way shape or form. All you are to them is a paycheck

Great place to live. I love that I am able to park my car right by my apt. Most places don't offer that. The gals that run this place are pretty awesome. They take care of any issues I have. Maintenance doesn't speak much but they take care of my work orders right away. Overall I enjoy living here.

HORRIBLE!!!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! RENT ELSEWHERE!!! THE KIDS RUN THE PLACE AND WON'T GET OUT OF THE WAY WHEN YOU DRIVE DOWN THE STREET. APTS ARE DARK AS CAVES AND NOISES ABOUND. NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER IN JUNE AND WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE NOISES EITHER! MISERABLE PLACE TO LIVE-I AGREE WITH OTHER REVIEW ABOUT THE NAME...DON'T LET IT FOOL YOU, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FOREST CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD OF HOMES. THIS PLACE IS A SLUM HOOD FOR THUGS AND THUGLOVERS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP YOUR SANITY-GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. IT'S TRUE THEY DON'T DO A BACKGROUND CHECK IF YOU RENT MONTH TO MONTH. SO NOT WORTH THE EXPENSIVE RENTS.

I have lived here a while and while they are small they have served their purpose, good single mother community. thank goodness for their wonderful property manager Julie, she is a dear to work with and understands how apartments should be managed. STEER CLEAR OF THE OWNER BEVERLY, while her husband is always pleasant this woman doesnt have a personable bone in her body. She is difficult to work with on issues that need servicing and doesnt value her tenants. I would recommend renting from somewhere you dont have a problem getting service when its needed our have to mess with a crazy owner.

Will never rent there again. The upstairs tenants make noise nonstop all day and it has been an ongoing problem. If you think the name "Forest Creek" implies any association with the nice upscale neighborhood of houses up the road, don't be misled. That place is more ghetto than you would think. If you rent month to month, they do not do a background check. Of course, you pay more, but no background check appeals to a lot of "unqualified" tenants, and there you have it. That is the kind of riff-raff that was there when I was there. As far as the noisy tenants go, none of that would have happened if the lazy father would go out and get his lazy a** a job.
