I was a resident from 2012 to 2015. Initially it was a great experience. Understand I judge my experience in the regard as much on customer service, that is what initially drew me and now it is what I find off putting. Staff was friendly, welcoming always a smile when you hit the door and informative. It give the feel of being a PART of a community not just a number on the door. Unfortunately in the last year that has not be the case. Staff was aloof, never a smile to be seen and unable to communicate clearly to meet the needs of the tenant(myself). I HAD become the number on the door. This attitude extended not just to staff but to management. So, in conclusion if you want a roof over your head...here you go. If you want a place you want to call home...look somewhere else.

21 Gramercy Park is definitely one of the nicest apartment complexes in the area. Ironically, it was also the cheapest one bedroom option (in the class of "nice apartments;" there are of course cheaper "bargain apartments"). I think it is cheaper because the one bedroom I am in does not have a dining room, which I appreciate because I would rarely use that! The apartments are brand new, opened in 2012. The management has been friendly and never a problem. The pool is amazing. 21 Gramercy Park is located in the "young professional" housing area of Bryan/College Station, so it is ALWAYS quiet here. Lastly, white granite countertops!
