Ugly. I ordered a 1/2 pound ground steak and eggs to go. The on-line menu stated it would be $10.95. Not only did I have wait 3 to 4 minutes for someone to wait on me when I arrived for my pick-up order. The person that did finally wait on me was the same person I watched for 3 to 4 minutes keying something into a computer. No one else was in the restaurant except two gentleman in the far corner eating at a table. The counter person charged me $15 and some change. I was so disgusted with the service I paid and vowed I would never return to this restaurant. Sorry thing is the food was good, but the service is unbearable.

Great food and service. Welcomed at the door seated right away food prepared as ordered. I recommend El Rancho Steakhouse highly. I'll be back often.
