It was great to work with Upper East Side Rentals. I had two days to move from DC to New York and I needed to find a place immediately when I arrived. I quickly ran a search, found Upper East Side RentaIs in NY and contacted Jariel. I told him the situation and he told me not to worry; an hour later he met with me in Starbucks, presented 10 options, had the keys in hand and we were on our way. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I have been living in the Upper East Side for the last two years and love the neighborhood! When I originally arrived I contacted Jariel and let him know that I need the best value for my dollar. He organized a bunch of Upper East Side rentals and sent them to me. Before I met with him he explained to me that I MUST HAVE MY PAPERWORK otherwise... he wouldn’t meet with me. He was right, by the time we found my apartment, took a cab to the leasing office to rent it, there was a couple applying on the apartment I wanted. However, the landlord choose me over them due to the fact that I had my paperwork in hand. Jariel - thank you soooooooooooooo much for preparing me and finding me a place so smoothly. I will definetly use you again in the future.
