Reading these comments on here, is like wow. None of these are true, at least not now. Iv'e been looking for apartments for the next place i'm going and i wish they had more reviews! so i figured i should put up a review for the place i'm currently in so i can help you. anyway, this place is amazing i wish i could take it with me to the next place i move. i live in the 1bed/1bath. although the price's are different here now (was 599/month) and my lease ended after a few months, they only had me pay 25$extra since i was already here. that was nice of them. a lot changed since i moved, the water bill picked up i guess since we got a new water company (was around 20 but now around 50). other than that i would say the current price (650/month) is worth it! maintenance is great, every issue i had has been dealt with, everyone here is nice. just wish the price stayed the same for others who are trying to find something affordable

As prior people have mentioned the outside is kept up but the apts are not on the inside. There's no point in telling the manager when you have a problem, she was more efficient as the assistant. Best way you have to find the one good maintenance guy. He's the only nice thing about living here. His service and prompt attitude. When I moved in I was not walked through like she was supposed to because she was too lazy to do it. And found a huge hole in the floor of a closet, the floor is bad in the bathroom, sinking in with holes, water damage in the bathroom. Definitely NOT worth the money it costs to live here, you're basically paying for a headache!

Crappy managers, crappy apartments. This apartment is a waste of time, the outside looks nice, but the inside is old and full of water damage. Mold grows in every apartment around the single pane windows (yes single sheet of glass!), carpets are terrible and they are not replaced after someone has pets which is illegal. Parking sucks and good luck getting your furniture up those stairs. They spend to much money on the landscaping instead of remodeling the apartments. The stove/refridgerator/dishwasher is older then I am. These are not worth the hassle, money or time.

WORST apartment ever. Within two months of living there ALL appliances had to get replaced. Roaches adn bugs are everywhere. had mold growing in the master closet and they refused to have it cleaned properly. The management is worse than the apartments. Terri, the "manager" was constantly rude to myself and my wife. Horrible service when we needed something. Could not get out of there quick enough. This place will rip you off time and time again. I would rather sleep in a burned out car than rent from them. The only person worth a damn was Josh the maintenance guy but he quit. Don't blame him. These apartments should be condemned and the management fired. DO NOT RENT!!!!
