I am transferring and looking for a female to fill my spot in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Crowne starting as soon as you need. The rent is $585/month (including cable & internet) plus utilities, but I am willing to negotiate with someone if they are interested in moving in. My bedroom has its own bathroom and a large walk-in closet. My roommate is a grad student in Sports Management & most of the furniture in the living room, kitchen is hers (although there is room for more if you have your own). We keep the apartment pretty clean & I've never had an issue with noise. The pool is great for the summer and the club house contains a printing/study center & gym for residents. The maintenance and office staff are both great & living at Crowne is fun!
