I use to rate this complex as EXCELLENT however w/ recent management changes things are going down hill fast. Neighbors are friendly and warm but the new Management is pushing them out.

Lived there 11 years; older apartments, yes; but safe community and excellent management.

I have lived here for over 4 years now and the Management is very responsive. While the apartments are older, they understand this and work proactively when possible to make sure maintenance needs are met before it becomes an issue. Issues that do come up are delt with promptly. I have kids and they feel at home because the neighbors are warm.
