Our gorgeous 1 bedroom + study terrace is available for six months from mid-August.

Our home is light and airy, located right in the heart of Sydney, and stocked with everything youll need for a comfortable stay.

The rent is $750 per week, which includes:

- Fully furnished home

- Unlimited wifi

- Linens (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, etc)

- Household appliances

- Washing machine

- Dishwasher

- All utilities (electricity, gas, water, etc)

- In-built projector (in lieu of TV - connects to laptops, tablets, DVD players, etc)

The living space is spread over two levels.

Downstairs are the lounge room and kitchen. These flow out to the back courtyard, which has a BBQ (perfect for cooking in warmer weather) and flourishing herb garden.

Upstairs is the bedroom (with queen bed), study (with double sofa bed for additional guests), bathroom and a small balcony overlooking our leafy street.

The space is cosy and compact, but flooded with natural light and designed in such a way that it feels remarkably spacious.

Were in an excellent neighbourhood, close to everything: less than 10 mins walk to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Paddys Market, Sydney Fish Markets, local cinemas and Star City casino, 15 minutes to the CBD, and approximately 30 minutes to the Opera House / Circular Quay.

There is also plenty of public transport available, with numerous buses running along Harris St day and night, the light rail just 5 minutes away and Central Station only 10 mins from our door.

If you have a car, we can provide a permit to allow unlimited street parking.

If you are a member of the GoGet share car program, there is one directly opposite our house and several more further along the street / around the corner.

Our house is pet friendly (cat or small dog), please let us know if you would like to bring your pet to stay as well.
