I moved in when Shea was still here and honestly I didn't care for them much...never could get ahold of anyone in the office nobody ever really cared. Riverstone is a good company...every company and place I have lived has had their issues and Riverstone is still working out theirs, but all in all a good company. Everyone seems to be upset because Shea was a much smaller company which means everyone got "away" with more...such as paying rent late or leaving trash outside of their apartments, shea never really cared. Anyone who has ever lived with a large company knows that there are rules and guidelines that are in place to keep everything looking nice and so that everyone is treated fair. I like my apartment..I LOVE my location, I can walk everywhere. As for the price it is fine, if you look around shop the area u will see everyones rents r going up not just here. its just the market ppl r losing their homes, or just opting for renting...you want to live in a great area of Old Town you are going to pay the price. Just saying...

Horrible Staff. Rude, dishonest, disrespectful. Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Very Nice. I Love living here. It's a great environment & I enjoy the extra events the staff puts on. They are very friendly and positive.
