0 stars - absolutely horrible experience. Poor/inconsistent communication, total boiler room/bait-and-switch operation. Attempted to rent a 3 bedroom unit in downtown Watertown. Took our deposit and signed lease on July 3rd, never gave us a countersigned copy, claimed that the landlord was out of town and would sign and return the following week. Confirmed CRG cashed the check on 7/7. Agent went radio silent on us for 2+ weeks (email, text, phone) then on 7/24 told us the landlord backed out of the rental agreement and that we didn't have the unit. Now fighting to get our deposit (first and security) back from CRG. Avoid at all costs.
